Junior Contracts Administrator
About the role
As a Junior Contracts Administrator at SWI Fencing WA, you’ll work closely with our project teams to help deliver fencing projects across WA. You’ll gain hands-on experience in key aspects of contract administration while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sales team with quoting, estimating and procurement – including supply coordination and purchasing
- Manage and track contract variations
- Support with weekly invoicing and documentation
- Assist in the assessment and coordination of subcontractors
- Contribute to efficient contract and project delivery from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a contracts administration or similar support role
- Understanding of procurement and estimating processes
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and think outside the box
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
