What you will be doing:

• Oversee fencing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage costs, budgets, progress claims, and materials to maintain project efficiency.
• Lead and support on-site crews, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Proactively identify and solve challenges as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Attending client meetings.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive project management experience in the construction industry, specifically in fencing.
• Technical design knowledge and baseline construction management experience.
• Strong communicator with exceptional negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
• Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook for project documentation, communication, and scheduling.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Physically fit, well-organised, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Open to travelling between branches – Western Australia, Northern Territory and New South Wales, where required.
• Current driver’s license.
